Construction Manager

To support the client’s continued growth, the company is currently looking to hire a Construction Manager for a project based in Amsterdam.

What you’ll do:

Manage end‑to‑end construction activities for data centre projects.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations teams to align project goals.
Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance and performance.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.

What you’ll need:

Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects, in mission‑critical or data centre environments.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, civil works, and construction sequencing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
