KBK bouwgroep in Amsterdam zoekt een uitvoerder reparatieonderhoud om betrokken te zijn bij het beheer van projecten. Je stuurt vaklieden aan en coördineert werkzaamheden, waarbij goed contact met bewoners cruciaal is. De rol omvat onder andere projectvoorbereiding en toezicht houden op dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
Met 2+ jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie en MBO-4 Bouwkunde, ben je goed georganiseerd en communiceer je effectief. Naast een aantrekkelijk salaris bieden we ook uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
