Seven Oaks in Utrecht zoekt een uitvoerder Bouw die verantwoordelijk is voor de uitvoering en leiding van uitdagende projecten. Je bewaakt de voortgang, geeft operationeel leiding en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheidsregels worden nageleefd.
Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij het analyseren en verbeteren van het bouwproces binnen de organisatie en verbind je diverse bouwpartners. Je hebt een sleutelrol in het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en ketenpartners.
