Visser & Smit Bouw is looking for an experienced Uitvoerder RS&O to lead operation and limited area projects within our construction department.

32–40 hours per week, full‑time, permanent contract

2–5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
As a project manager you will:

Coordinate and motivate all parties and workers to achieve a successful outcome.

Act as an operational coach overseeing the project’s big picture.

Ensure materials arrive on site on time, and that subcontractors and suppliers adhere to schedule and budget.

Monitor project progress closely and keep stakeholders informed about processes, plans and potential disruptions.

Qualifications

Safety first mindset.

Equipped with an MBO/HBO or academic background.

3–5 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience with medium‑sized projects within an operational environment.

Strong client‑relationship management skills.

Location
Your main base will be at our Amsterdam (Schiphol‑Rijk) office with projects in the Amsterdam and Utrecht regions and elsewhere across western and central Netherlands, such as hospitals, airport terminals, high‑voltage stations and other complex utility projects.
