Seven Oaks zoekt een ervaren Uitvoerder Bouw die grote woningbouwprojecten realiseert. Je stuurt dagelijks de werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats aan en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en kosten.
Je geeft leiding aan vaklieden, leveranciers en onderaannemers en zorgt voor een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving. Tijdens projecten signaleer je tijdig knelpunten en draag je passende oplossingen aan, zodat projecten volgens afspraak en binnen budget worden opgeleverd.
