Seven Oaks in Amsterdam zoekt een ervaren Projectleider Bouw die zelfstandig bouwprojecten kan aansturen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en realisatie van projecten.
Je onderhoudt goed contact met opdrachtgevers en stuurt onderaannemers en leveranciers aan. Daarnaast coördineer je inkoopprocessen en bewaak je de financiële voortgang. We zoeken iemand met probleemoplossend vermogen en ervaring in projectmanagement.
