Health Safety Environment Advisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HSE Advisor to join a major data centre project in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HSE professional with strong construction experience, ideally within data centres, mission-critical, industrial or large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities   Provide day-to-day HSE support across the project
Ensure compliance with Dutch and project-specific HSE requirements
Carry out site inspections, audits and safety observations
Support risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work processes
Investigate incidents and support corrective actions
Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings
Work closely with construction teams, subcontractors and project management
Promote a strong and proactive safety culture across site
Requirements   Previous experience as an HSE Advisor / Safety Advisor on large-scale construction projects
Data centre or other high-risk/mission-critical experience is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of construction HSE practices
Relevant HSE qualification such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a busy project team
EU work eligibility is preferred
