Freelance inspecteur voor MJOP, oplevering, nulmeting, schade of energiescan via de MJOP Beheer marketplace.
Eigen regio, eigen agenda, vaste vergoeding per opdracht op basis van uren (€ 65 per uur, minimum € 325).
Jij voert alleen de inspectie uit (foto s, conditie en advies per bouwdeel) — MJOP Beheer maakt het rapport en regelt offerte, klantcontact en facturatie.
Vakkennis in één of meer specialisaties (MJOP, oplevering, nulmeting, schade, energiescan);
KvK-inschrijving en eigen facturatie; nauwkeurige rapportage.
Per specialisatie eigen aanvullende eisen (NEN 2767, EPA-adviseur, bouwtoezicht-ervaring, etc.).
