At Vlisco, fashion is storytelling. Our textiles carry memory, symbolism, and soul. As a Senior Fashion Designer, you will translate this essence into silhouettes that surprise, inspire, and endure. We are looking for someone who designs beyond the moment, creating collections that feel globally relevant and unmistakably Vlisco. Someone experienced in both womenswear and menswear.

• Co‑develop seasonal collections with the Creative Director and product team from concept to final execution.
• Transform Vlisco’s iconic fabrics and prints into expressive, contemporary silhouettes for both women and men.
• Lead fittings and prototyping, ensuring every piece is crafted with care and precision.
• Collaborate with international suppliers and our production team to bring designs to life.
• Bring fresh energy and ideas, while respecting Vlisco’s rich heritage and craftsmanship.

• A seasoned designer with 7+ years of experience in high‑end or luxury fashion.
• You have a strong eye for silhouette, proportion, and detail, and you design with emotion and clarity.
• Confident throughout the entire process from sketching to sample development and production.
• Passionate about prints, textures, and complex fabrics.
• Skilled in designing across genders, creating timeless, wearable, and distinctive pieces.
• Thrive in a small, agile team, with a hands‑on mentality.
• Deeply committed to storytelling, cultural relevance, and uncompromising quality.
