Creative Product Design Intern

This internship sits at the intersection of creativity and product. As a Creative Product Design Intern
, you’ll help shape how our product looks and feels. You’ll explore UI design, visual experimentation, and creative thinking within a real product used across Europe—while learning how design decisions support usability, brand, and business goals.

You’ll work closely with the Product Design team to elevate the visual quality of our digital experiences. From early UX concepts to polished interface details, you’ll create expressive, well‑crafted designs while collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Operations. With guidance and regular feedback, you’ll learn how creative choices influence real user behaviour.

• Strengthen your visual craft by creating high‑quality UI and visual assets using Figma

• Learn how to work within a design system while still pushing visual boundaries

• Gain hands‑on experience collaborating across teams and understanding product constraints

• Experiment with layouts, styles, and visual concepts to explore creative directions

• Support visual research, trend analysis, and benchmarking

• Grow through regular design critiques, mentorship, and iteration

You’re visually driven, curious, and excited to see your work live in a real product. You enjoy exploring ideas, refining details, and collaborating with others. You want to learn how creativity works inside a fast‑moving product team—and how strong visuals can elevate everyday experiences.

• Are a current student in the Netherlands in graphic design, communication design, interaction design, or a related creative field

• Are looking for a full‑time internship (40 hours per week)

• Are available for a 5–6 month internship starting February 2026

• Speak English fluently (written and spoken)

• Are comfortable designing in Figma

• Enjoy visual exploration and attention to detail

• Are open to feedback and eager to grow

• Are curious about digital products, brands, and design trends

• Are proactive, organised, and excited to contribute creatively

At Park Bee, you’ll help shape the visual language of a product used across Europe, while building skills for your future career. We offer:

• Internship compensation of €500 per month (based on 5 working days)

We like to keep things simple and human:

1. Intro chat with the team (45 minutes)

A casual conversation to get to know each other, talk about your interests, and walk through your portfolio.

2. Design & knowledge chat (60 minutes)

If the first step goes well, you’ll receive a short design brief in advance. During this session, you’ll present your approach and we’ll discuss your thinking, creativity, and how you tackle product challenges.
