Medior Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer

(Full-time hire — Amsterdam or Paris)

Random Studio is looking for a Medior Graphic Designer with exceptional craft and production skills to join our creative team. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and deeply rooted in spatial design. You will work primarily on projects for Nike, especially the Nike House of Innovation, where graphic systems, typography, color, and motion come together across fixtures, windows, walls, and in-store brand moments.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in delivery: a designer with a maker’s mindset, capable of producing high-quality work under tight timelines, and translating graphic language into physical, spatial contexts.

• Design spatial graphics across fixtures, architectural surfaces, and retail environments
• Deliver high-quality production assets for both print and digital applications
• Create motion studies and graphic animations for in-store screens and interactive moments
• Collaborate closely with spatial designers, experience designers, creative technologists and producers
• Lead design phases on Nike projects, ensuring clarity, consistency, and craft
• Occasionally guide junior and mid-level designers
• Maintain the visual quality of the work from concept to production handover

• A sharp portfolio with strong typography, graphic systems, and motion-led compositions
• Comfortable in fast, demanding production cycles
• Expert knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and solid proficiency in After Effects
• Strong understanding of production processes for large-format print, vinyl, screen-based graphics, and materials
• Someone who understands how graphic design translates into spatial contexts
• A love for—and ideally experience with—the Nike brand and its design language
• A proactive, detail-oriented maker who takes pride in precision and craft
