Who are we?
Wolfstreet is a creative and production agency in Amsterdam. We make campaigns and content for brands and agencies, from strategy and concept through to production and post-production. We work for Vinted, BUX, STËLZ, Picnic, Independer and Catawiki, among others.
Who are we looking for?An Account & Project Manager with agency experience. Someone who gets energy from good ideas, good client relationships and projects that run smoothly from the first briefing to final delivery.
You are the daily link between client, creative and production. You guide projects from briefing to delivery and keep everything on course: planning, budget, communication and quality.
The work ranges from social content to larger productions and TVCs. You start with support from the team and take on more as you go, with the aim of running big productions independently.
You work closely with the account team, clients, creatives, producers and post-production. You write debriefs, make sure briefings are sharp, translate feedback well and keep everyone clear on what happens when.
What you'll do- Run projects day to day, from briefing to delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and build strong relationships.
- Keep planning, budgets, deadlines and project admin in order.
- Work closely with creative, production and post-production.
- Guide the creative and production process with clear briefings and communication.
- Prepare and present work to clients.
- Keep an overview of everything running and flag problems early.
- Think in solutions, so projects land on time, on budget and as agreed.
- Take on bigger productions over time and grow into leading productions and TVCs independently.
- Spot commercial opportunities and help existing clients grow.
- Support pitches, proposals and presentations.
- Relevant experience at an advertising or creative agency.
- Experience with account and project management, budgets, project admin and internal briefings.
- Experience guiding creative and content productions.
- Well organised, able to run several projects at once.
- An easy communicator with clients, colleagues and freelancers.
- An eye for detail and a habit of thinking in solutions.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- Living in or around Amsterdam and able to work from our office.
- A contract for 32 to 40 hours a week.
- Room to grow in account management, project management and business development.
