Principal UX Designer

Forma Studio is building a suite of enterprise productivity tools and needs a Principal UX Designer to own the end-to-end design system and user research programme. You will set the design language, mentor two mid-level designers, and work directly with product and engineering leadership.

The ideal candidate has shipped complex B2B products at scale and believes that great design is an engineering discipline. You will be expected to produce high-fidelity Figma prototypes, component libraries, and research synthesis documents.

Design Systems
Proven ability to build and govern enterprise-grade design systems from scratch.

User Research
Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methods including usability testing and surveys.

Figma Mastery
Advanced Figma skills including auto-layout, variables, and component architecture.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Comfortable working directly with engineers, PMs, and C-suite stakeholders.

Work Load 30-40 HRS/WK

Primarily async with weekly syncs in CET timezone.
