Graphic Designer

• Develop and execute creative concepts for print, digital, and motion
• Design high-quality print materials, including brochures, reports, packaging, event materials, posters, and publications
• Create engaging digital assets for websites, social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and online advertising
• Produce motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects
• Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across all touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, copywriters, account teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality work
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising creative quality.

• At least 4 years of professional experience at a design agency, creative studio, or similar environment
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, including typography, layout, color use, and visual hierarchy
• Strong experience and accuracy in both print production and digital design
• Experience reading and understanding style guides and toolboxes
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
• Good understanding of current digital design, social media, and content trends
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and function effectively within a team
• Native-level Dutch and professional English
• Nice to have: HBO degree or comparable work and thinking level.
