Wolfstreet is a creative and production agency built on one core promise: where creative strategy and exceptional execution meet. We are a collective of makers across creative, production and post-production. Working under one roof, we craft work that pushes the visual envelope, from high-end campaigns to scroll-stopping content.

Are you a Creative with 3 to 6 years of experience, ready to step up? We’re looking for a creative force to join our Strategy & Creative department. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you’ll join a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team of 15+ makers.

Because our production power is in-house, you won’t just pitch ideas. You’ll execute them alongside our own producers, editors, composers and online artists, taking concepts from the first spark to the final render.

Amsterdam, full-time or part-time (32 to 40 hours a week).

• Craft striking decks. Conceptualise and build fully fleshed-out, visually stunning pitch decks that are strategically grounded and creatively ambitious.
• Copy and art direction. Deliver strong copy alongside sharp art direction. You craft a compelling tone of voice just as well as you have an eye for visual identity.
• Strategic and visual thinking. Think beyond cool visuals. Write and structure creative strategies that solve real business challenges for brands, with the visual component integral to the idea.
• Film and photography first. Next to being creatively and visually strong, film and photography is something you breathe. You write scripts easily, and visually.
• Team player and self-starter. You work comfortably in a team, and just as easily run with a project solo from start to finish.
• Network and curate. Use a warm network of top-tier talent (directors, art directors, set designers, stylists and photographers) to assemble the right team for every job.
• AI in your daily workflow. Use AI to visualise concepts, build storyboards and extend campaign worlds.
• Platform fluency. A native understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok and emerging digital spaces, and exactly how to adapt and scale big campaign ideas for social-first audiences.

• Have 3 to 6 years of experience at a creative agency
• Have a portfolio that proves high-concept thinking paired with exceptional visual execution
• Are fluent in modern creative AI software
• Have a deep passion for filmmaking, photography, visual culture and digital trends
• Communicate clearly and with confidence
• Living in or around Amsterdam and able to work from our office. We do not offer re-location.e

• A 32 to 40 hour week, whichever suits you best
• A salary range of €3,500 to €4,300 per month (excl. 8%), depending on experience
