Een internationaal lifestyle merk in Amsterdam zoekt een Logistiek Customer Service Specialist. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat klanten hun bestellingen op tijd en perfect ontvangen door te schakelen met internationale warehouses en transporteurs. Je lost logistieke issues op voordat ze problemen worden en denkt mee over procesverbeteringen. De ideale kandidaat heeft een MBO plus HBO werk- en denkniveau, is proactief, energiek en communiceert sterk in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
