Position: EdTech Customer Service Specialist (16–24h, Hybrid)
Een toonaangevende Edu Tech organisatie in Amsterdam zoekt een klantenservicemedewerker voor 16-24 uur per week. Je beantwoordt supporttickets via Zendesk en reageert op klantvragen op social media. Je hebt een sterke beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en communicatieve vaardigheden. Deze rol biedt een salaris tussen de € 2.600 en € 3.000 per maand en verschillende voordelen voor je ontwikkeling, inclusief een jaarlijks leerbudget.
