Een toonaangevende klantenserviceorganisatie in Amsterdam zoekt een enthousiaste Customer Service Agent. In deze rol help je reisagenten met boekingen en bied je oplossingen voor vragen. Je hebt minimaal MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau en een jaar ervaring in klantcontact. Na een betaalde training van 8 weken kun je hybride werken en zijn er veel ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Een goede kennis van zowel Nederlands als Engels is vereist.
