In this full-time role, you will bridge traditional customer service and AI by monitoring partner inquiries via phone, email, or Whats App. With excellent communication skills in English and Dutch or German, your feedback will contribute to improving the AI system while ensuring a timely and professional customer service experience.
Competitive pay of €19,90 per hour is offered along with opportunity for long-term contract.
