In deze rol bied je ondersteuning aan leden via online kanalen, zorg je voor een hoge servicekwaliteit en ben je het aanspreekpunt gedurende hun reis. Een commerciële instelling en vloeiende communicatie in Nederlands en Engels zijn essentieel.
