We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Expert to join our team in Athens, Greece.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for business partners, travel agencies, and corporate clients, providing expert support related to bookings, ticketing, and travel services.
Most of your work will involve email communication (80%), with some phone interaction (20%), handling various partner requests and ensuring high-quality service.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide product guidance and support on the use of internal tools and web portals.
Assist business partners with booking changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Handle ticket issuance and service bookings through the ticketing system.
Process manual refunds and special travel requests, including medical assistance.
Manage group travel requests, including quotes and sales support.
Register miles/loyalty points and support upgrade ticketing.
Process name corrections and booking adjustments accurately.
Support special requests and provide comprehensive ticket assistance.
Handle complex travel scenarios such as voluntary booking changes and schedule adjustments.
Track and follow up on requests independently using multiple internal tools.
RequirementsDutch language proficiency (C1 or near-native).
English proficiency (B2 level) for training and internal communication.
College degree, or high school diploma with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
Strong written communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Advanced PC knowledge, including familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to multitask and manage complex requests efficiently.
Strong attention to detail, especially for group booking support.
Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with high accuracy.
