Openclaims in Amsterdam zoekt een Werkstudent Customer Success om klanten te ondersteunen bij het optimaal gebruik van ons platform. Je begeleidt hen tijdens de implementatie en zorgt voor een succesvolle onboarding en blijvende tevredenheid. Je wordt het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en optimaliseert het platform op basis van feedback. Vereisten zijn onder andere sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, een oplossingsgerichte instelling, en vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
