Client Relations Senior Team Leader – E-boutique Client Advisor (German Speaking)Join our dynamic team in Amsterdam and become the authentic voice of IWC, our prestigious watchmaking Maison, contributing to the world of luxury horology and precision craftsmanship.
How will you make an impact?As an E-boutique Client Advisor – German Speaking, you will be the authentic voice of IWC, building lasting relationships with our clients across all digital channels. Your responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional, personalised luxury experiences, leveraging deep product knowledge and commercial acumen to drive sales and client engagement.
- Enhance client satisfaction, foster loyalty, and contribute to a comprehensive 360 client view.
- Proactively manage client portfolios, process orders and resolve inquiries.
- Meticulously capture data, all while promoting IWC's unique heritage, technical innovation, and distinctive design.
- Contribute to operational excellence.
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional luxury client experiences, with strong empathy and active listening skills, and a deep appreciation for fine watchmaking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in German, with the ability to articulate IWC’s values, build rapport, and convey the intricate stories behind our timepieces.
- Resourcefulness and proactivity, in resolving client inquiries and adapting to varying needs.
- Meticulous attention to detail, unwavering integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- A collaborative mindset, eager to share knowledge and support team members.
- Experience in luxury retail, client relations, or international customer service (a significant advantage), or a background in hospitality.
