Customer Service Claims Associate – Dutch Speaker

As a member of our European Claims team, your main responsibility is to assess and resolve insurance claims. We are seeking candidates with an excellent command of the Dutch language, strong listening skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and resolve insurance claims related to lost, stolen, or damaged mobile phones and other devices.
- Provide administrative support via email.
- Fluent in Dutch at an advanced level.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry, website navigation, and use of standard software.
Standard office environment. Hybrid working support; options to work from office, home, or a combination.
