Kindergarden zoekt een Klantadviseur in Amsterdam. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van ouders bij belangrijke keuzes omtrent de opvang van hun kind. Je onderhoudt uitstekende klantrelaties en beantwoordt vragen via verschillende kanalen.
Als het visitekaartje van Kindergarden, werk je nauw samen met vestigingsmanagers en streef je naar de hoogste kwaliteit van dienstverlening. Een HBO-opleiding en ervaring in klantcontact zijn vereist.
