Vluchtelingenwerk-Nederland in Amsterdam is op zoek naar een Medewerker Frontoffice. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je voor een soepele gang van zaken achter de schermen. Je beantwoordt vragen via telefoon, mail en Whats App, en onderhoudt het contact met de juridische helpdesk.
Je krijgt een salaris tussen €2.960 en €4.335 bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek. Daarnaast bieden wij een contract van 12 maanden met mogelijkheid tot verlenging en diverse secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, inclusief een laptop en reiskostenvergoeding.
