Verathon is seeking an EMEA Customer Care Supervisor to join our Amsterdam team. The role involves overseeing Customer Care Representatives, managing performance, and improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience in customer care within the medical device industry, and strong leadership skills. Additional European language skills are preferred.
