Homerun B.V. in Amsterdam zoekt een Klantadviseur Welkom & Behoud. In deze rol ben jij de stem van Figo en help je klanten met hun verzekeringen, waarbij je zorgt voor een uitstekende klantbeleving en behoudt van onze klanten.
Je belt proactief, geeft advies en werkt samen met collega's om de klantreis te verbeteren. We vragen klantcontactervaring, uitstekende luistervaardigheden en een commerciële instelling. Je moet flexibel inzetbaar zijn en affiniteit met dieren hebben.
