Join Our Technical Support Team In Lisbon!
Are you a natural problem-solver who loves tech? Do you speak French, Italian, German, or Dutch? We are looking for enthusiastic Technical Customer Service Representatives to support a world-leading Search Engine project.
What You Will Do- Assist users with technical queries related to a global search engine platform.
- Provide clear, friendly, and solution‑oriented support via chat, email, or phone.
- Navigate a fast‑paced environment, actively implementing feedback to level up your skills.
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Days Off: 2 Rotational days off per week
Compensation & PerksWe value your hard work and offer a structured, rewarding compensation package:
- Base Salary 1,100 € 14 times per year
- Performance Bonus 135 € 14 times per year
- Attendance Bonus 120 € 11 times per year
- Fluency in either French, Italian, German, or Dutch (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and a genuine empathy for the user experience.
- Comfortable with change, open to continuous feedback, and eager to learn.
