Een logistiek dienstverlener in Amsterdam is op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker. In deze rol ben je de spil tussen klanten en vervoerders, zorg je voor de planning en documentatie van import- en exportzendingen en verwerk je klantwensen en klachten. Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie en uitstekende vaardigheden in MS Office.
