Position: Dutch-speaking Content Moderator for Social Media Team in Athens

On behalf of our client, we are looking for Dutch-speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join a growing team based in Athens
. In this role, you’ll help ensure a safe, high-quality online experience by reviewing and moderating digital content for a global platform.

Your role
  • Review and categorize social media content based on internal guidelines
  • Ensure content complies with platform policies and quality standards
  • Make balanced and objective decisions to support a safe online community
  • Help create a positive user experience for both individuals and businesses
  • Apply content policies consistently and accurately
  • Assist users via chat, email or phone (depending on project needs)
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements
  • Follow internal procedures and moderation guidelines
  • Fluent Dutch (spoken & written)
  • Very good English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive content
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Windows OS, internet tools and MS Office
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Professional judgment and the ability to separate personal opinions from policies
  • Previous experience in content moderation, social media or customer support is a plus
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • On-site position in Athens, Greece
