Sagalegal is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Benelux) to drive adoption and retention across our Italian customer base. You will own the post-sale journey for Dutch & Belgian law firms, ensuring product value through onboarding, monitoring engagement, and identifying upsell opportunities.
The ideal candidate has experience in a B2B SaaS role, with a commercial mindset and fluency in Dutch and English. Joining now provides the chance to shape how we support our customers while working in a hybrid setup from our hubs in Amsterdam and Oslo.
