vb&t Groep in Amsterdam zoekt een Servicemanager Vastgoed voor 32 - 40 uur per week. In deze functie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor huurders en zorg je voor een professionele klantenservice. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt de voortgang van vragen en klachten, en werkt samen met collega's aan sterke dienstverlening.
De ideale kandidaat heeft MBO4 of HBO-opleiding, sociale vaardigheden, en 4-8 jaar ervaring. Wij bieden hybride werken, een instroomsalaris tot € 3.600,- per maand en 30 vakantiedagen per jaar.
