Customer Happiness & Communication Internship

As a Happiness Hero, you’re the first voice our customers hear. You guide them, help them discover, and make sure they leave with a smile (and maybe a new favourite scent).

• An internship allowance of €450 per month (based on a full-time internship);

• You are currently enrolled in an HBO/WO programme in Business Administration, Psychology, International Business, Communication, or a similar field;

• You’re available to start in June or July (earlier or later? We’re open to discuss);

• You have a strong affinity with communication and customer satisfaction;

• You speak and write fluent, error-free Dutch
  ;

• You speak fluent English
  ; French/Flemish is a plus;

• You are looking for a (voluntary) internship of approximately 5 months
  , with the possibility of a part-time job alongside your studies afterward.
