Vacature voor Customer Service Agent (German)

Locatie:
Amsterdam. Werkweek: 24–32 uur per week. Salaris: €16,50 bruto per uur.

• Handle customer questions, reports, and complaints professionally and carefully in German (and optionally in Dutch or English).
• Speak to customers by phone and answer emails and chats correctly and in a customer-oriented manner.
• Control and follow up on completions and approvals of installations.
• Document information in the knowledge base so that knowledge is well-documented and easily retrievable.
• Take responsibility independently and act as a sparring partner for colleagues.

• Excellent command of German is required.
• Good command of English or Dutch is a strong plus.
• Available from August (with agreement you can also start earlier).
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Someone who can work well independently and is willing to take on a project independently.
• Customer-friendly, precise, and communicatively strong.
• Flexible availability for 24–32 hours per week.
• Preferably based in the Amsterdam area.
• The office is located in the centre of Amsterdam and is not accessible by car (no parking); you come by public transport, walking, or by bike.
