Go Office Uitzendbureau zoekt een Customer Service Agent in Amsterdam. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van klantvragen en klachten in het Duits en biedt ondersteuning via telefoon, e-mail en chat.
De ideale kandidaat heeft een MBO+ werk- en denkniveau en een uitstekende beheersing van Duits, met voorkeur voor kennis van Engels of Nederlands. Flexibiliteit in uren (24-32 uur per week) is gewenst, met een start in augustus.
