Matt Sleeps zoekt een Customer Service Medewerker die onze (toekomstige) klanten dé customer experience biedt. Je bent een multitasker die klanten adviseert en helpt, en snel Matt-waardige oplossingen vindt. Je werkt samen met fulfilment en producenten en maakt deel uit van een klein, hecht team dat zich inzet voor uitmuntende service.
Wij bieden een uitdagende rol in Amsterdam, met 32–40 uur per week en een marktconform salaris. Er wordt gewerkt vanuit ons kantoor boven De Hallen.
