Avantor zoekt een Customer Service Medewerker die zowel vanuit huis als op een van onze kantoren werkt in een hybride werkregeling, met een vast fulltime contract. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, bouwt relaties op en biedt allround services en ondersteuning.
Je behandelt inkomende telefoons en e-mails, informeert klanten over producten en levertijden, volgt orders en behandelt klachten proactief. Ervaring in customer service en vloeiende Nederlands en Engels zijn vereist.
