SLAMcore is seeking a Customer Delight Associate to support German-speaking customers via email, Whats App, live chat and phone. The role may also handle Dutch and English queues and is based in Amsterdam or London as part of the German Customer Delight team.
You will work across Zendesk with colleagues on Slack, attending meetings and contributing to performance reviews and growth opportunities. Shifts run 08:00–19:00 GMT, including evenings and weekends as needed.
