Je bent de stem van de stad en helpt inwoners en ondernemers met hun vragen. Na een betaalde training van drie weken kun je aan de slag en lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan de dienstverlening.
Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in klantenservice is vereist, evenals vloeiend Nederlands en goede Engelse vaardigheden. Het parttime dienstverband biedt flexibele uren en een bruto uurloon van €18,21 tot €20,26. Er zijn ook voordelen zoals vakantiegeld en reiskostenvergoeding.
