You’ll bring a human touch to e-commerce, surprise customers with thoughtful gestures, and help elevate the brand experience in a fast-growing, international team.
You’ll handle inquiries via email, phone, chat and social media, identify trends to improve the journey, and contribute ideas. This role is hybrid in Amsterdam with great benefits.
