Schedule: Monday–Sunday | Rotative Shifts
What You'll Do- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
- Deliver a positive customer experience aligned with company standards
- Collaborate with international teams in a dynamic environment
- Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Availability for rotational schedules
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
- 1,100€ gross salary paid over 14 months
- Attendance Bonus: 100€ paid over 11 months
- Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per working day
- Welcome Bonus paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year
- Health insurance from Day 1 (employee contribution applies initially; fully covered after 6 months)
- Relocation support for candidates with valid EU work authorization or Portuguese work permission
