De rol draait om het bouwen van een schaalbare klantenservice operatie, onboarding van agents en continue procesverbetering. Je werkt nauw samen met fulfillment en leveranciers en maakt gebruik van Intercom en AI tooling om klantcontact te versnellen en te verbeteren.
