Customer Support Associate; German Speaking

Responsibilities

• Actively engaging with customers through various channels in Zendesk
• Working to resolve their issues and communicating with colleagues on Slack
• Completing associated admin duties
• Attending company and team meetings
• Sharing feedback with colleagues
• Evaluating performance and working on growth opportunities
• Working hours for this role will be with shifts between 08:00 and 19:00 (GMT) Monday-Sunday, including bank holidays; flexibility required
• May be asked to jump into Dutch email queue and all English queues

• Fluent in German and English
• A background in a customer service-oriented position is a plus
• Comfortable working towards quality and productivity targets
• A solution-oriented and friendly attitude as well as a kind nature
• Proactive and definite “can do” attitude.

Demonstrates strong customer service skills with fluency in German and English, effectively engaging with customers through Zendesk and Slack. Exhibits a proactive, solution-oriented attitude while meeting quality and productivity targets.
