Jobtailor in Amsterdam seeks a customer service specialist to assist customers via Zendesk and other channels, resolving issues and handling admin duties. You’ll work with colleagues on Slack, attend meetings, and review performance with your manager to identify growth opportunities.
The role requires fluency in Dutch and English, a service mindset, and a proactive, can-do attitude. Shifts run 09:00–22:30, Monday to Sunday, with at least one evening shift and weekend coverage.
