Openclaims is op zoek naar een Customer Success & Growth Manager die dealers en schadeherstelbedrijven helpt het maximale uit ons platform te halen. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt en verantwoordelijk voor implementaties, adoptie, support en groei van jouw klantportfolio.
Je werkzaamheden omvatten onboarding, optimalisatie van het platform, opbouwen van duurzame relaties met directies en operationele gebruikers, en het vertalen van klantfeedback naar Product Management.
