ADVION is op zoek naar een klantgerichte Customer Care Medewerker die elke dag zorgt voor soepele afhandeling van bestellingen en tijdige communicatie met klanten en leveranciers. Je schakelt dagelijks met Sales, Inkoop en Logistiek en denkt actief mee om onze dienstverlening te verbeteren.
Je takenpakket omvat het beantwoorden van vragen, orderverwerking in AFAS en het informeren van klanten over de voortgang, met ruimte voor initiatief en korte lijnen binnen een hecht team.
