Sportfondsen Nederland B.V. zoekt een energieke Servicedeskmedewerker die collega’s helpt bij ICT-gerelateerde vragen op de werkvloer. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en bent verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van vragen, registreren van meldingen en tijdige ondersteuning.
Je werkt klantgericht, signaleert knelpunten en zorgt voor duidelijke updates over de status van meldingen. Er is standby beschikbaarheid 5–6 keer per jaar van maandag tot vrijdag 17:30–22:00 en in het weekend
