Bloom & Wild Group is seeking a Senior Associate for our Customer Delight Team in a hybrid Netherlands-based role. You will manage the inbox and support customers in Dutch/German and English, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with shifts 09:00–22:30 in NL time, based in Amsterdam with occasional office days. You will help peers, improve processes and drive customer satisfaction across Bloom & Wild and bloomon brands.
