RIFF Digital Engagement zoekt een Frans en Nederlands sprekende klantenservice medewerker voor Action-klanten en een internationale fastfoodketen. Je voert geen standaardscripts, maar voert persoonlijke gesprekken in NL en FR. Je werkt 40% op kantoor in Amsterdam en 60% thuis, met variabele shifts en flexibele werktijden.
